作品总述

 随着科技的日新月异，人们的生活需求正在发生着改变，人们对健康的关注开始不断增加，包含医疗卫生，疾病预防和健康保健的健康产业发展潜力日渐显现， 健康产业已被认为是信息产业之后下一个超万亿美元的产业。健康产业是一个以大健康观念为前提，与健康直接或间接相关的产业体系，具有技术含量高、市场环境特殊、社会和经济效益显著等特点。以健康产业为背景，如何用好设计丰富人们的城市生活与提高人们的健康水平是我们思考的出发点。第二届“衲田杯”可持续设计国际竞赛的题目为“新技术引领下的智慧城市家居”，那么“新技术”将会为我们的生活带来哪些改变呢？以下是我们关于“健康设计”的几点思考：

1.如何用新技术去创造出具有健康疗养作用并且能满足人们体验式消费的城市公共空间？

2.共享汽车即将成为现实的时代趋势下，该如何改造旧有的大面积停车场空间？

3.宿迁市希望打造旅游城市，如何用设计为宿迁的旅游市场带来附加价值？

With the rapid development of science and technology, people's needs for life are changing, people's attention to health is beginning to increase, and the potential for health industry including disease prevention and health care is growing. The health industry is considered to be the next ultra-billion dollar industry after the information industry. The health industry is an industrial system that is directly or indirectly related to health based on the concept of "massive health". It has the characteristics of high technical content, special market environment, and significant social and economic benefits. Taking the health industry as the background, how to use the design to enrich people's urban life and improve people's health is the starting point of our thinking.

The title of the 2nd Natian Cup Sustainable Architectural Design Competition is: A New-tech Led Intelligent Urban Life, We have the following thoughts on health design.

1.How to use new technology to create urban public spaces with health caring?

2.In the era that using sharing cars is about to become a trend, how to transform old large parking spaces?

3. Suqian is planned to be a tourist city. How to use the design to bring added value to the tourism market in Suqian?

为了用设计回应以上问题，我们从宿迁水资源丰富与当地缺少健康体验式空间获得灵感，以“水与健康”为主题，将义乌商贸城停车场空间改造为Spa空间花园。

In order to respond to the above questions by design, we have obtained the starting point from the abundant water resources in Suqian and the lack of healthy experience space in the local area, with water and health as the theme, transformed the Yiwu trade city's parking space into a Spa garden space.

宿迁是江苏省最年轻的地级市，宿迁也是苏北重要发展城市，其中作为宿迁城市名片的骆马湖湖水清澈，物产丰富，生态环境良好，是苏北平原上第二大淡水湖，也是中国南水北调的重要中转站。

宿迁的水域面积占它整个城市区域的四分之一，著名的京杭大运河也在这里，湖水、河流和运河在城市周边滋养着宿迁，可以说水是宿迁的灵魂。

Suqian is the youngest prefecture-level city in Jiangsu Province. Suqian is also an important development city in northern Jiangsu. Among them, Luoma Lake, a city  card of Suqian City, is clear, rich in resources and good in ecological environment. It is the second largest in the northern Jiangsu Plain. Freshwater lake is also an important transit point for the South-to-North Water Transfer Project of China. The entire Suqian water area accounts for a quarter of the entire Suqian urban area. The famous Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal is also in Suqian. The lakes, rivers and canals nourish Suqian around the city. It can be said that water is the soul of Suqian.

水是宿迁的灵魂，那么该如何结合水的特点，以“健康”为主题做设计呢？我们想到了Spa的水疗法。

“ Spa’ , 一词源自希腊语拉丁文SOLUSPARAQUA的缩写 , （Solus Par Aqua）,Solus是“健康” , Par意为“经由” , Aqua是“水”的意思,所以SPA就是“健康之水”，意为“健康在水中”，即以水作为媒介，利用天然的水资源结合沐浴、按摩和香薰来促进新陈代谢，满足人体听觉 (疗效音乐) 、嗅觉 (天然花草薰香) 、视觉(自然景观) 、味觉(健康餐饮)、触觉(按摩呵护)和冥想(内心放松) 6种愉悦感官的基本需求，达到一种身心畅快的享受。通过人体感观功能的感知来达到一种身、心 、灵三合一的艺术。为顾客们营造出一种心旷神怡的感觉，使人身心舒展、自然，享受到一种纯净的美。

Water is the soul of Suqian. How to combine the characteristics of water to do design for health? We thought of hydrotherapy of Spa.

"Spa", the word is derived from the abbreviation of Greek Latin SOLUPARARAQUA, (Solus Par Aqua), Solus is healthy, Par is for, Aqua is water, so SPA is healthy water, meaning health in water, by using water as a medium, people use natural water resources combined with bathing, massage and aromatherapy to promote metabolism, satisfying  6 kinds of pleasant sensory basic needs including human hearing (effect music), smell (natural flowers and plants), vision (natural landscape), taste (healthy food), touch (massage care) and meditation (inner relaxation) to achieve a body and mind enjoyment. Through the perception of the body's sensory functions to achieve a three (body, mind, spirit)-in-one art, creating a wonderful feeling of heart and soul for the customers, which makes the body stretch and natural, and enjoy a pure beauty.

中国的“洗浴文化”源远流长。水疗Spa可以追溯到唐代杨贵妃的华清池，据说一代美人杨贵妃的爱好之一就是到骊山之麓沐浴温泉，她的玉脂凝肤就是由此养护而成。

水疗池作为SPA的主要部分,设有公共水疗池, 分有冰水、温水、热水三种水温，同时，泉浴套房还可设置特殊水疗池 , 如超音波按摩池，对酸痛 、风湿神经麻痹等疾病的治疗均有益处。"Chinese bath culture" has a long history. The spa can be traced back to the Yuqing Pool of Yang Guifei imperial concubine in the Tang Dynasty. It is said that the great hobby of beautiful Yang Guifei is to bath in the hot springs of Mount Lushan. Her jade skin is thus refined.

As the main part of the spa, the spa pool can be set up in public spa pools, divided into ice water, warm water and hot water. Special spa pools can also be set up in the spa suites, such as ultrasonic massage pools, which are beneficial for soreness and rheumatic nerve paralysis.

公共浴室在中国存在已久，也是别有趣味的社交聚会的场所，人们聚集在此交谈和放松心情，浴室空间对于人们社交的助力启发了我们游牧温泉花园的提案。

China's public baths have been around for a long time. This is a social gathering place for people to gather and relax, which inspired our nomadic spa garden proposal.

Suqian City has developed rapidly over the past three decades. Suqian is known as “the flower town of China” and has a famous fishery and flower industry.

义乌商贸城

贸易在城市生活中至关重要。 该义乌商贸城综合体是该市的最主要的零售中心，具有良好的可达性。嘈杂的高速公路在周边，而内部街道很有可能成为一个活跃的空间，义乌商贸城是一个巨型建筑，几乎有一半的停车场占据了整个区域。 尽管购物中心是城市中最活跃的地点，但这里仍然缺乏健康的城市户外活动形式。

Yiwu Trade City

Trade is vital in urban life. The Yiwu Trade City Complex is the city's main retail center with good accessibility. The noisy highway is in the surrounding area, and the inner street is likely to become an active space. Yiwu Trade City is a giant building, and almost half of the parking lot occupies the entire area. Although the shopping center is the most active location in any city, there is no way to experience healthy urban outdoor activities in these spaces.

随着网上购物和便捷的送货服务以及汽车共享等新兴生活方式在全球的盛行，停车场将逐渐被淘汰，因此停车场空间被视为城市复兴的潜在场所。

With global shift to online shopping and delivery services, as well as car-sharing, parking lots are to become obsolete, so they are considered as a potential sites of urban regeneration

2019年第一阶段：公共吸引

徐州 - 宿迁 - 淮阴 - 盐城高铁已经正式运行; 宿迁的游客人数增加。

在主要的交通和购物中心附近建立室内休闲空间。

2019 Phase I. Public attractor

Xuzhou-Suqian-Huaiyin-Yancheng high-speed rail is scheduled to run officially; visitors number in Suqian increases.

Establish indoor recreation spaces near major transport and shopping hubs.

2020 第二阶段： 启动项目

在中国每销售两辆新车中就有一辆是智能车。与个人车辆相比，共享汽车和出租车服务将更受欢迎。

留下短期客人和出租车/巴士停车场，可以为城市活动重新利用余下的地段，将小树种植在大罐中。

2020 Phase II. Reclamation

One in every two new cars sold in China, will be an intelligent one.Car-sharing and taxi services are preferred over personal vehicles.

Leave short-term guest and taxi/bus parkings.Repurpose the rest lots for urban activities.Plant young trees in large pots.

2021年第三阶段：自动化

电子商务和自动化交付仍然超越线下交易。传统工作开始消失，市民获得更多空闲时间。将购物中心转换为自动存储空间。为消费者安装QR码外观的面板。

2021Phase III. Automatization

E-commerce and automated delivery are continuing to overperform offline trade.Traditional jobs start to disappear, citizens get more free time.Convert shopping malls to automated storages.Install QR-code facade panels for customers.

2022第四阶段：水景

性别失衡增加了女性在社会中的价值; 这导致公众注意生殖健康。数字诊断变得具有成本效益。建立一般性的产前护理站。

2022Phase IV. Waterscape

Gender imbalance increases the value of females in society; this results in public attention to reproductive health.Digital diagnosis becomes cost-effective.Create general and prenathal care stations.

2025第五阶段：新交通与新工作模式

电动汽车和无人机是主要的城市交通类型，大多数人正在转向远程遥控的工作形式，配备电动运输线和充电点的空间进行联合工作。

2025Phase V. New traffic and new working mode

Electric cars and drones are the main urban transport types,Most people are shifting towards remote forms of work,Equip space with electric transport line and charging points,Co-working.

2030第六阶段：卫生保健

预计60岁以上人口的比例预测将增加到人口的27％，而20-24岁人口的比例将降至约5％。为老龄人口增加治疗和放松空间。

2030Phase VI. Healthcare

Microclimate

夏季（4月至10月）

地下水保持在15℃的恒定地温，带来所需的冷却作用，换热机制提供保持花卉保鲜和浴室加热的最佳条件;洒水产生冷却雾;热梯度会触发气团运动，从而产生微风。

Summer (April-October)

Underground water kept at the constant earth temperature of 15C, brings desired cooling;Heat exchange principle is used for keeping optimal conditions for flowers preservation, and baths heating at the same time;Cooling mist is created with sprinkles;Thermal gradient triggers air mass movements, resulting in breeze.

冬季（11月至3月）

当温度低于4oC时，浅水池和喷泉会被合并为一个溜冰场;即使室外温度较低的情况下，热水器也可以保证游泳活动;游泳池周围的热量产生蒸汽，以保护游泳者的隐私。

Winter (November-March)

Shallow pools and fountain are united as an ice rink when temperature falls below 4oC;Water heaters allow to perform swimming activities even in low outdoor temperatures;Heat around the pool creates steam to protect bathers’ privacy.

环保性能

在没有任何水资源和绿色天然缓冲区的城市化地区，大陆性气候就会变得非常恶劣。 室外热力计划让空间得以可忍受，对用户来说也是明智之举。

Environmental performance

Continental climate becomes extremely harsh in urbanized areas without any water and greenery natural buffers. Outdoor thermal program makes space tolerable yet sensible for users.

“足疗反射疗法”是一种涉及对脚施加压力的中医学疗法,在中国很常见。 除了在治疗中减轻疼痛，它也带来感官的愉悦。 在我们的项目中，脚触的质量至关重要。

Reflexology - an alternative medicine involving application of pressure to the feet - is widespread in China. Besides belief in healing, it just brings sensory pleasure. In the project, the quality of foot-touch is essential.

在城市中，赤脚行走是不可想象的：由于卫生、安全等方面的问题。但与此同时，赤脚行走是人类的天性，我们项目中关于”赤足行走“的体验正是农村自由复兴和对自然开放的隐喻。

Therapeutic architecture

In cities, walking barefoot is unimaginable because of hygiene insecurity, contaminated ground surface, etc. Meanwhile, it is in very nature of a human. Barefoot experience in the project is a metaphor of rural freedom revival and openness to nature.

Suqian’s Flower Kiosk/Spa flower types

鲜花是宿迁的代表之一，它可以被用于治疗和美学目的的温泉花园项目中，并且起着重要作用。除了可以作为花束出售，回收的老花还可以用于温泉浴。 芳香香水喷雾，草药茶由无人机提供。 九种具有医疗效果的花草中药在花园里飘散着芳香的气味。

Flowers are essential in Suqian identity, thereas they play an important role in the spa gardens project for therapeutic and aesthetic purposes.Fresh flowers are sold as bouquets, and recycled older flowers are used for hot spa baths. Aromatic perfumes are sprayed with the mist, herbal teas are served by drones. Nine flowers from Chinese medicine form aromatic scape in the garden.

花园洗浴

淋浴和厕所是水疗中心最私密的区域，因此隐藏在内部花园中。 花园围墙是高高的镜子，反射出橙色的花朵，营造出无尽的空间效果。淋浴室的外壁为填充有当地石头和屋顶瓦片的石笼壁，营造出适合人体活动的空间。灰烬和黑水被保留在花园地面化粪池中三天，之后它们流入藻类和后来的室外更衣室的鱼塘。

Washing up

Showers and toilets are the most private areas in the spa, and thus hidden in the inner garden. Garden walls are high mirrors, reflecting orange blossoms, creating the effect of infinity.Shower shell is formed as a gabion wall filled with local stones / roof tiles, and harmonizes with a human body.Grey- and blackwaters are retained in garden ground septic tanks for three days, later they flow into algae and later fish ponds in the outdoor changing room.

Rinsing / Inhaling

These showers are used mainly for rinsing or cooling.Aromatic mist from overhead sprinkles surrounds bathers. Bamboo curtains divide spaces and hide structural poles. At night, interior is lit with tiny lanterns garland, producing delicate patterns around.

热水浴/水培花园

该浴池通过来自储存花的单元进行热交换而被加热。用大量热量的织物铸造的热水浴缸可以长时间保持温暖。 与此同时，草药茶由无人机提供。浴缸周围的水生植物不仅可以在热水浴后净化水，还可以通过它们的味道来满足沐浴者的需求， 2米宽的花坡可以保护游泳者免受外部观察。

Hot bath / Hydroponic garden

This bath is heated via heat exchange from the flower storage unit. Large thermal mass of fabric-casted hot tub allows to keep warmth for a long time. In the meantime, herbal teas are served by drones.

Aquatic plants, surrounding the bath, not only purify greywater after the hot bath, but also delight bathers by their flavours. 2-meter wide flower slope protects bathers from the external observations.

圆形石块，覆盖阶梯式的水池底部，类似于海滩鹅卵石。 在冬季，当水干涸时，人们可以安排自己在壁炉周围的台阶上。Massage / Spa

Round stones, covering stepped pool bottom, are resembling beach pebbles. In winter, when water is dried up, people can arrange themselves on steps around the fireplace.

个人热水浴缸

挂式热水浴池是温泉花园中最灵活，最快乐的沐浴方式。 不透水的白色吊床膜充满了热水，来自太阳能加热通过管道的水箱。除此以外，吊床还可用于午睡。 无人机也可以为游泳者提供食物。巨大的花盆里的树木为水龙头提供了遮荫和稳定的基础。 吊床安装在管道上，可以在格栅之间灵活地移动位置。

Individual hot tub

Hanging hot tubs is the most flexible and joyful form of bathing in the spa gardens. Impermeable white hammock membrane is filled with hot water, coming from solar-heated tanks via pipes.Otherwise, hammock may be used for napping. Drones may also deliver food for the bathers.Trees in huge pots provide shade and stable foundation for water taps. Hammocks are mounted to pipes and could be flexibly repositioned between pole grid.

产前护理/鱼塘水治疗

This tetonics has both pleasure and medical programs integrated. Convex-concane hill shape is used for patients’ light exercising and relaxation. Warm water and fresh produce are constantly available in the kiosk.Sensors hidden within lawn measure heartbeat, blood pressure, etc. to evaluate users’ health conditions. Doctors provide consulting services upon demand.

首先要感谢宿迁市政府和UED杂志社举办的本次竞赛，也非常感谢尊敬的评委们对我们作品的认可。

能够获奖是我们没有想到的。事实上我们的设计在落地性方面还有很多需要完善的方面，或许是我们的作品关注了可持续性和健康设计，加上有不错的手绘表达，因而获得了评委们的青睐，不管怎样，我们团队还是很开心收获了一次难忘的合作和一个幸运的结果。

Da!Architects成立于2018年，这是Da!成立后的第一个作品，能够获奖对我们来说是一个很大的鼓励。本次竞赛主题关注的是可持续，我们也希望Da!能把对建筑的兴趣和对未来有价值的思考持续下去，持续创作更多的作品与大家交流。

First of all, I would like to thank the Suqian Municipal Government and UED Magazine for hosting this competition. I am also very grateful to the distinguished judges for their recognition of our work.

This winning is something we didn't think of. In fact, there are still many aspects in our design that need to be perfected. Perhaps our work focuses on sustainability and health design, and also with good hand-drawing expressions, so it had won the favor of the judges, no matter what. Our team is very happy to have an unforgettable collaboration and a lucky result.

Da! Architects was founded in 2018. This is the first work after the establishment of Da!, and this winning is a great encouragement for us. The theme of this competition is about sustainability. We also hope that Da! can continue our architucture interests and valuable thinking about the future, and continue to create more works to communicate with you.
